Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and it will also be available in your customer account. Your package will be delivered to the location that works best for you.Please note:

• International shipping times may vary due to customs processing or seasonal factors.

Return Policy for Looms and Accessories:
You can return darninglooms.com products within 15 days of receiving them, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending returns with tracking and keeping the shipping receipt. darninglooms.com is not responsible for return shipments if they are lost or damaged. Once your return is received and processed, we will refund the full purchase price minus the original shipping cost. If you refuse delivery, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund. Items not in their original condition or packaging are not eligible for a full refund.
